Class Cancellation

Do not register for the 2025 class cancellation.
※Please register for the 2025 class cancellation in the ”Class schedule” section of the Hoppii.
・If you need to cancel your classes due to sickness or other reasons, please register below.
・Please use the “Announcements” in the Learning Management System to inform students of the cancellation directly.
・When a full-time instructor cancels classes due to business trips at academic societies or overseas,
an application form must be submitted to the office of your academic department or graduate school section. (No registration is required for this system)
※If you are not eligible to submit the application form because you had no travel expenses (your academic conferences were held online, etc.),
please register your class cancellation through this system.
・If online lessons are held instead of face-to-face lessons, the lessons will not be canceled. (No registration is required for this system)
・When you conduct supplementary classes due to class cancellation, please contact the office of your academic department or graduate school section.
Class Cancellation Registration
(Please select the campus you are attending)
・If you need to cancel classes at multiple campuses on the same day, please register for each campus.
e.g. If you are cancelling classes for period 1 (Ichigaya Campus) and period 4 (Tama Campus) ,
please register “Ichigaya Campus” for the period 1 class and register “Tama Campus” for the period 4 class.
